Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
To qualify for a refund:

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from confirmed delivery will not be eligible for refund consideration.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Final sale or clearance items where marked
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, marked delivered but not received, or otherwise missing in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. SAILWRLD is not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues and does not issue refunds or replacements for packages lost in transit.
We will provide tracking information and reasonable assistance in locating shipment details when available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by SAILWRLD.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
