Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, as many SAILWRLD products are prepared and packed to order.
Orders may not be processed on weekends or holidays.

For international accessory orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

SAILWRLD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
